Sorry I didn't notice this comment was on a deviation. ^^;

All my work starts with a sketch first and then I lineart and color it using Paint Tool Sai. Sometimes if I need to add effects (like lighting/sparkles/etc.) I'll use photoshop. But for this one I only opened photoshop to add the text.
